Outdoor watering is prohibited between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., and is limited to no more than 15 minutes per station per day.  (Note: Turning on sprinklers for very short periods of time for the express purpose of adjusting or repairing an irrigation system is allowed between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.) No water runoff is permitted during outdoor watering. Watering during and within 48 hours of measurable rainfall is also prohibited.
