During the enforcement, the Officer located a stolen black 1998 Honda Civic in the parking lot. The engine was warm to the touch so additional Officers arrived to setup surveillance on the vehicle in the event the suspects returned. Approximately 30 minutes later, two suspects returned to the vehicle and were stopped immediately. Investigation revealed the driver, Justin Hansen, a 27 year old male white from Garden Grove, was in possession of burglary tools, stolen property, illegal narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia. Among the stolen property was an electric guitar which was stolen from the Fountain Valley Music Center earlier in the day. The guitar was recovered and returned to the music store owner. Hansen later admitted to stealing the vehicle and was booked into Orange County Jail on various charges. The second suspect was a 26 year old female white from Garden Grove. She was not charged with a crime and was released from the scene.
