SURPLUS: 150 stackable banquet room chairs, brown, padded seat, no arms.  Please note that the chairs have been used and are offered on an “as is” basis to nonprofit organizations located within the City of Fountain Valley.

 

SUBMISSION: Nonprofit organizations located within the City of Fountain that are interested in requesting lots of chairs must contact Cathy Wagner, Purchasing Manager, at cathy.wagner@fountainvalley.org no later than Monday, October 16, 2017 5:00 pm.

MINIMUM BID: No bid is required, this surplus is offered as a donation to qualified organizations.

PICK-UP OF SURPLUS PROPERTY:  As an additional condition for determining eligibility, the organization must be able to pick up the chairs or have the resources to arrange for the chairs to be picked up.  Time, date and location of surplus property pick-up shall be determined after all submissions have been received. Interested organization will be contacted and provided pick-up details.
