[ARCHIVED] FV Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities Hosting FREE Virtual Dance

Orange background with black Jack o lantern silhouettes with text about Virtual Dance

The City of Fountain Valley Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities is excited to share that we will be hosting a FREE virtual Halloween Dance via Zoom on Friday, October 30, 2020 from 7-8:30 p.m. The event is open to adults, ages 18+.  Registration is required and will open beginning Monday, October 19 through Wednesday, October 28, or until the event is full, whichever occurs first. Please register by emailing Yvette Aguilar at yvette.aguilar@fountainvalley.org

The virtual dance will open for login at 7 p.m., followed by lively music, dancing, and a Halloween costume contest (8 p.m.).  Winners of the costume contest will be announced at 8:15 p.m. via Zoom. We encourage registered participants (and caregivers) to come dressed to impress in their best and find a fun Zoom background for the event.  Prizes will be awarded for best costume for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. A private link to registered participants will be shared one day before the event; however, we ask that you please refrain from sharing the link, as we want to ensure there’s enough space for all who register since capacity in the virtual room is limited.  If you have any questions or to RSVP, please feel free to reach out to Yvette Aguilar at (714) 593-4447 or via email at yvette.aguilar@fountainvalley.org.
