On December 23, 2016,
at approximately 3:14 a.m., Fountain Valley Police Officers responded to the 16700
block of Daisy Avenue in reference to a vehicle burglary in progress. The
witness observed the suspect pulling on door handles and making entry into a
vehicle. The witness followed the suspect vehicle while relaying the suspect
information to the Police Department. Fountain Valley Police Officers located
the suspect vehicle in the area of Heil Avenue and Walnut Street where they
initiated a traffic enforcement stop. Officers identified the suspect as Arman
Maghazei (29) from Los Angeles. Inside the suspect vehicle Officers recovered
miscellaneous property that did not belong to Maghazei. Maghazei was arrested
and booked into Orange County Jail for burglary, petty theft, possession of
stolen property, and vehicle tampering. Incident #:16-51536.
