Brookfield Residential was recently selected by the Fountain Valley School District to purchase the property of the former Fred Moiola Elementary School, most recently known as LePort Montessori School, at 9790 Finch Avenue. Brookfield Residential is inviting neighbors to gather feedback as they embark on creating a new residential in Fountain Valley. An open house is scheduled for Thursday, July 25 between 6-8 p.m. on site at 9790 Finch Avenue, Room B7.
