[ARCHIVED] Fountain Valley Police Department Press Release


On April 22, 2016, at 2:50 p.m., the Fountain Valley Police Department responded to the intersection of Euclid and Warner regarding an auto collision. The investigation revealed a passenger van was traveling eastbound Warner Ave and collided into an Ambulance that was traveling southbound Euclid. The initial collision caused the ambulance to roll onto the side. The ambulance had lights and siren activated attempting to travel through the intersection when the collision occurred. One of the occupants from the passenger van and all five of the occupants from the ambulance were transported to a local hospital. Impairment is not a factor, and the cause of the collision is still under investigation.
