Kin Craft Ramen was founded on the idea of giving the community of Orange County a ramen experience like they've never had before. Every bowl served is made with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that are distinct to us and our community. We continue to challenge ourselves by creating ramen that is uniquely different, yet comfortably familiar. By basing our values on the the Japanese term kintsugi ("golden joinery"), we embrace our imperfections and use these experiences to never stop improving our product.

MoDo's donuts are made from a combination of rice and wheat flours, "the rice flour lending a soft-yet-chewy interior after biting through the thin, crisp exterior," said co-owner Daniel Furumura. They're fried and dipped in flavored glazes like coconut, matcha, black sesame and cookies and cream.
