Work on the rehabilitation and resurfacing of Harbor Boulevard, from just north of Lilac Avenue to the Santa Ana River, and Edinger Avenue, from Brookhurst Street to Euclid Street, is on track to be completed by the end of April. The paving portion of the project, which is the most disruptive to traffic, is underway and will continue through mid-April. Drivers can expect several traffic lanes to be closed at any given time, however, at least one lane will remain open to traffic at all times. Please slow down in the construction zones and use alternate routes when possible to avoid traffic delays. The City appreciates your patience and cooperation during this important project. This $3.7 million roadway improvement project is made possible and funded entirely by a competitive grant of $1 million through the Federal Arterial Pavement Management (APM) grant program and $2.7 million in Measure M2 local fair share funds.
