Public Advisory - Planned Protest

FVPD discovered there will be a planned protest at Mile Square Park tomorrow, June 4th, at 1 p.m. This was discovered through a post on Twitter earlier today and FVPD personnel is attempting to vet the information. The post did not mention a specific location but did indicate it is to be a peaceful protest. There was nothing in the post that suggested looting or violence. As we continue to monitor the situation, FVPD is working with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and OC Parks to coordinate a response to the protest. Our main focus will be to allow for a peaceful protest while protecting our community at the same.
