Slater Mixed-use Project

The Slater Avenue Mixed-Use Project consists of the construction and operation of a four and five-story mixed-use development  with 270 residential units, a 7,000 sq. ft. restaurant with 5,000 square feet of indoor dining space and 2,000 square feet of outdoor dining space and a walkup coffee and lunch bar, a 1,660 square foot art gallery, a 6-level parking garage, and associated amenities on the 3.34 acre project site located at the northeast corner of Slater Avenue and San Mateo Street.

Commercial uses compose nearly 10 percent of the ground floor area. The project includes 33 affordable housing units. The total floor area of the project (excluding garage) is 326,910 sq. ft. and the overall density, inclusive of density bonus units, is 81 dwelling units per acre (du/ac).
