FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION

Dates are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis, dates are only reserved once the holding balance has been received. For additional inquiries and information please email rentals@fountainvalley.org.

WHAT COMES WITH MY RENTAL PACKAGE?
All rental packages, event and birthday party packages, include:
- Tables (quantity based on room setup)
- Chairs (quantity based on room setup)
- Coffee maker(renter provides grounds, cups, etc.)
- 1 Podium
- Dance Space
- AV Equipment
- Stage w/ steps (only at Senior Center)

HOW DO I RENT THE SPACE?
Fill out a Facility Rental Application and return it to either the Fountain Valley Recreation Center and Sports Park or The Center at Founders Villiage or email the form to Rentals@fountainvalley.org.
Holding fees are required to secure the rental, date, and time and will be used towards total rental fees. Rental fees are due at least 3 weeks prior to the event.

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED?
YES, at adult functions ONLY!
Alcohol is not permitted at any functions for 18 years and younger.
(Baptisms, birthdays, student activities, etc.)
When serving alcohol, security guard(s) from an agency are required for your event:
- 1 security guard up to 100 people
- 2 security guards over 100 people

WHAT TIME IS THE FACILITY AVAILABLE FOR RENT?
(Building Curfew)
Sunday-Thursday: 10:00 pm
Friday and Saturday: 12:00 am (Midnight)
(must be cleaned up and out of the building by curfew)
