EVENT REQUESTS/STATION TOURS: The City of Fountain Valley’s Fire Department is motivated and committed to enhancing the community through outreach events and station visits that promote social, physical and emotional well-being as well as servicing our community. We offer several ways in which you can interact with our department. Please fill out the Fire Event Program Request Form below to request a tour or visit.
OPEN HOUSE: In addition to our event requests, the department holds our annual OPEN HOUSE at Fire Station One, located at 17737 Bushard Street to coincide with National Fire Prevention Week, which is held in October of each year. Teachers and children across the county gather to talk about fire safety in the schools and at home in what is now the nation’s longest-running public health observance. This is a great opportunity for families to come and visit and tour our station, learn about all the trucks and ambulances, create photo opportunities, play games, enjoy food and see demonstrations with the Jaws-of Life! Watch for the fliers in our local schools and on our website in September/October of each year.
