The 2011/2012 Orange County Grand Jury issued a Compensation Cost Transparency Report in June of 2012. This report made findings and recommendations as to how the executive and employee compensation should be reported and made accessible on the City's website. As required by law, the City Council issued an official Letter of Response to the Honorable Judge Thomas J. Borris. All recommendations of the Grand Jury have been incorporated into the documents posted on this webpage.

dues and Memberships

The City is a member of the League of California Cities and the Association of California Cities, Orange County Division. Membership to these organizations provides: collective assistance in protecting our local revenues; legislative analysis regarding pending State bills, and provides important up to date information and training on new regulations. These important services would cost the City far more should we provide them ourselves.

For calendar year 2012, the City dues were:
