Adult Basketball – “Fast Action”
If you are interested in our next Adult Basketball Season, please contact our coordinator, Dan Anderson at (949) 443-9933 and a registration packet will be mailed to you. League offerings are on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings. All games are played at the Fountain Valley Recreation Center Gymnasium, 16400 Brookhurst.
The Fountain Valley Community Services Division will be accepting Roster/application forms for our adult softball program during the following registration periods: Fall 2006 deadline for Men’s, Women, Coed and Seniors is June 22 through July 20, 2006. Season begins September 6, 2006. Registration Fee and Discount Deadline
Men’s, Women and Coed – Discount Fee: $465/team after 7/20 Deadline: $515/team
Seniors – Discount Fee: $290/team after 7/20 Deadline: $340/team
TO REGISTER, each manager will be required to submit:
- A typed, roster/application form.
- A completed waiver form on each player who has not completed a form since 1/01/2005.
- A certified check, sponsors check or money order payable to: “CITY OF FOUNTAIN VALLEY”.
All new teams require waivers to be submitted when you register or your application will not be accepted. PLEASE NOTE: Charge cards (except American Express Card) are an acceptable form of payment. For security purposes, all charge cards payments must be made in person only. (There is a 2.5% processing fee for credit card purchases). League Format, Type and Division level will be determined by the number of teams that register. Following is a breakdown of the programs offered. Each team is guaranteed ten league games.

Coed Volleyball - U.S.L.V.A.

League offerings are on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6:50pm to 10:30pm. Games are scheduled at the Fountain Valley Recreation Center Gymnasium, 16400 Brookhurst.
