October 12, 2007 — The contractor has finished the grading at the site. Over the next few weeks, the Recreation Center Park development will focus on the installation of a new and improved irrigation system to allow for efficient drainage.  As the drainage infrastructure is underway, planned areas are being excavated to provide space for insertion of drainage pipes to optimize drainage efficiency.

Ballparks are concurrently receiving a make-over as construction gradually transitions from structural to aesthetic improvement.
