Channel your inner rock star with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. POUND® is a full=body drumming workout that uniquely combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements using Ripstix® lightly-weighted exercise drumsticks. Pound® is accessible to all fitness levels. The workout is easily modifiable to accommodate men and women of all ages and abilities. Please bring an exercise mat, towel, and water to class.
